Micro-C performed on U2OS cells without or with NFIB depletion at G1/S phase and S phase to investigate the effect of NFIB on higher-order chromatin structure during DNA replication. Overall design: U2OS cells without or with NFIB depletion at G1/S phase and S phase were synchronized at G1/S boundary by double-thymidine block and followed by release for 4 h to allow cells entering S phase, respectively. Micro-C experiments of those cells in each treatment were biologically repeated twice.
