Dataset for: An activatable cancer-targeted hydrogen peroxide probe for photoacoustic and fluorescence imaging

Zip folder containing 11 folders. Each folder contains the data that is presented in the published manuscript. File types include .xlsx and .pzfx, with .xlsx containing original raw data or extracted region of interest values from images and .pzfx containing processed data and statistical testing. Further file types include .tiff and .png files containing the published images acquired using either multispectral optoacoustic tomography (MSOT) or fluorescence imaging. Finally, within each folder containing MSOT imaging data there is a .docx file labelled with the phrase MetaData to explain how the output data formats were generated using proprietary software from the instrument vendor. The underlying raw unreconstructed image data can be supplied upon request in proprietary .nod format.
