MedSea isoscape Data + Code

Deposit contents This deposit contains the data and R code used in the Mediterranean Sea isoscape study. -MedSea_isoscape_files-2-acceptance.zip Contains all input and output files required to reproduce the analyses, including:-Data/ (isotope datasets, environmental data, mapping layers) -Isoscape_Models/ (model objects, predictions, summaries) -Figures/ (model diagnostic plots, main and supplementary figures) -MedSea_isoscape-2-acceptance.zip Contains the code used for this version of the study, corresponding to a frozen release of the development repository. This ZIP provides a stable, self-contained version of the full analysis workflow. For detailed instructions on reproducing the analyses, please refer to the included README.md.
