WMS service of the urban development plan “In the upper mountain — In the lower mountain — Im Zeil” of the municipality of Karlovy Vary, which was transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.卡罗维发利市“上山——下山——伊姆蔡尔（Im Zeil）”城市发展规划的Web地图服务（WMS），该服务依据欧盟空间信息基础设施（INSPIRE）规范完成数据转换，以5.0版本的XPlanung数据集为基础构建。
