Genome wide mapping of H3K27ac in IMR90 oncogene induced senescence

Analysis of H3K27ac ChIP-seq in IMR90 cells in oncogene induced senescence versus control. IMR90 cells were treated with either control or H-Ras restrovirus to induce oncogene induced senescence in the latter condition. H3K27ac ChIP-seq was then performed upon each condition, and tag density at enhancers was compared between the control and oncogene induced senescent conditions.
