1.研究清楚了栗山天牛的生物学、生态学和发生规律,为防治打下了坚实的基础。 2.系统调查了该害虫的天敌资源,发现了白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂 (新种)和花绒寄甲这2种主要天敌, 以及栗山天牛跳小蜂等12种其他寄生蜂(包括9个新种) 研究了白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂和花绒寄甲的寄生行为学、寄主专化性 发现了花绒寄甲寻找、定位寄主的化学信息物质。 3.攻克了花绒寄甲、白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂人工大量繁殖的技术难关和林间释放防治技术,使花绒寄甲的产卵量增加了83倍,研究出大面积天敌释放防治技术,并研究清楚了天敌的持续控制机理,这些都属于创新性研究。 4.研发出诱杀栗山天牛成虫的专用黑光灯和食物源引诱剂,诱杀栗山天牛成虫效果显著,共诱杀栗山天牛成虫57.66吨,在短期内控制了该害虫的虫口数量,利用黑光灯诱杀天牛类蛀干害虫国内外还没有先例。 5.研究集成出栗山天牛无公害综合防治技术:成虫期利用专用黑光灯和引诱剂诱杀,1-3龄低龄幼虫期释放白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂,4龄以上的中老龄幼虫期和蛹期释放花绒寄甲进行生物防治。
1. Clarified the biological, ecological characteristics and occurrence regularity of *Massicus raddei*, laying a solid foundation for its pest control.
2. Conducted a systematic survey of the natural enemy resources of this pest, identifying two primary natural enemies: *Sclerodermus fraxinicola* (sp. nov.) and *Dastarcus helophoroides*, as well as 12 other parasitoid wasp species (9 of which are new to science, including the encyrtid wasp associated with *Massicus raddei*). The parasitism behavior and host specificity of *Sclerodermus fraxinicola* and *Dastarcus helophoroides* were studied, and the chemical infochemicals mediating host searching and localization by *Dastarcus helophoroides* were discovered.
3. Overcame technical bottlenecks in the large-scale artificial rearing of *Dastarcus helophoroides* and *Sclerodermus fraxinicola*, as well as field release and control technologies for these natural enemies. The fecundity of *Dastarcus helophoroides* was increased by 83-fold, and large-scale natural enemy release control technologies were developed. Additionally, the continuous control mechanism of these natural enemies was clarified, all of which represent innovative research achievements.
4. Developed a dedicated black light lamp and food-source attractant for trapping and killing adult *Massicus raddei*, which achieved significant trapping efficacy. A total of 57.66 tons of adult *Massicus raddei* were trapped, effectively suppressing the pest population within a short period. The use of black light lamps for trapping and killing Cerambycidae stem-boring pests has no reported precedent globally.
5. Developed and integrated an environmentally friendly comprehensive control technology for *Massicus raddei*: trapping and killing adults with dedicated black light lamps and attractants during the adult stage, releasing *Sclerodermus fraxinicola* during the 1st to 3rd instar young larval stages, and releasing *Dastarcus helophoroides* for biological control during the middle-aged and older larval stages (4th instar and above) and the pupal stage.
