Pre-emption zones of the Morbihan department of ENS

Pre-emption zones are digitised areas from the cadastral parcel of the DGFIP. They constitute a right of preference for the acquisition under the SNE of land situated within the perimeters for the benefit of the Morbihan Department, the Coastal Conservatory and the municipalities.优先购买权区域（Pre-emption zones）系源自法国公共财政总局（Direction Générale des Finances Publiques, DGFIP）地籍宗地的数字化划定区域。此类区域为莫尔比昂省、沿海管护机构及各市镇设立了依据SNE相关规定，对划定范围内土地行使优先收购的法定权利。
