SNP genotyping of Antrodiella and Fomitopsis samples

Investigation of the population genomic structure of the rare polypore fungus Antrodiella citrinella and its predecessor, the polypore fungus Fomitopsis pinicola. Antrodiella citrinella occurs predominantly in old-growth forests with high amounts of spruce dead wood. We sampled 162 individuals from 11 countries of both species, re-sequenced their genomes via Illumina NovaSeq sequencing, and analyzed single nucleotide polymorphisms.
