A monthly mean air temperature dataset at 0.5°×0.5° latitude-longitude grid points over major river basins in the Eastern Monsoon Region, covering the past 50 years. The dataset is stored in TXT text format, with one file per month. It was derived via interpolation from observational data of meteorological stations. The spatial coverage of the dataset ranges from 69.75°E to 140.25°E and 14.75°N to 55.25°N.
