富集提取大体积表层海水溶解有机质，固相萃取法获得高纯度粉末样品，采样PPL树脂层析柱富集，甲醇洗脱，旋转蒸发脱去溶剂后冷冻干燥；并对其DOM进行分子组成分析，获得山东（威海桑沟湾）典型海带养殖海域和广西北海（峒尾红树林自然保护区）典型红树林湿地潮沟水有机碳分子组成
Enrichment and extraction of dissolved organic matter (DOM) from large-volume surface seawater was performed. High-purity powdered samples were obtained via solid-phase extraction (SPE): PPL resin chromatographic columns were used for DOM enrichment, followed by methanol elution. The eluent was subjected to rotary evaporation to remove the organic solvent, and then freeze-dried to obtain solid DOM samples. Subsequently, molecular composition analysis was conducted on the obtained DOM samples, resulting in the organic carbon molecular compositions of tidal creek water from two typical coastal ecosystems: the typical kelp farming area in Sanggou Bay, Weihai, Shandong Province, and the typical mangrove wetland in Dongwei Mangrove Nature Reserve, Beihai, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
