Mole Valley District Council Brownfield Register

The purpose of the BLR is to provide up-to-date, publicly available information on brownfield land that is considered suitable, available and achievable for housing development. It aims to facilitate residential development (including affordable housing on larger sites) through the recycling of brownfield land within the built-up area.棕地登记系统（BLR）旨在提供最新且公开可获取的棕地（brownfield land）相关信息，此类棕地经认定适合、可获取且可用于住宅开发。本系统通过对建成区内棕地的再利用，推动住宅开发，涵盖大型地块上的保障性住房建设。
