企业在做变更登记的时候产生该表的数据，更新周期不定，该表主要存放了分公司、内资、外资、分支机构、外国（地区）企业常驻代表机构、外国(地区)企业在中国境内从事生产经营活动、外商投资分支机构设立登记、合伙企业等类型企业办理变更业务的变更记录信息，包括变更事项信息，变更前后等内容。

This dataset is generated during enterprise change registration procedures, with an irregular update cycle. It mainly stores change record information for enterprises of various types when undergoing change registration, including branch companies, domestically-funded enterprises, foreign-funded enterprises, branch offices, resident representative offices of foreign (regional) enterprises, foreign (regional) enterprises engaged in production and business activities within China, enterprises applying for registration of establishment of foreign-invested branch offices, and partnership enterprises. The records cover information related to change items, pre- and post-change details, and other relevant contents.
