This study aims to characterize the evolution of a normal cell into a tumor cell via exome sequencing of leukemia genomes and retrospective analysis of residual normal stem cells isolated from the tumor sample itself. This study focuses on human Acute Myeloid Leukemia and uses paired leukemic and T cell (normal control) exomes to make variant calls.
