機關檔案銷毀目錄審核情形

依檔案法第12條第2項規定，各機關銷毀檔案，應先訂定銷毀計畫併同擬銷毀之檔案目錄送交本局審核。本資料集係本局自96年起，全國各機關送審檔案銷毀目錄之統計資料。

Pursuant to Paragraph 2, Article 12 of the Archives Act, all government agencies intending to destroy archival documents shall first formulate a destruction plan and submit the plan together with the inventory of archival documents to be destroyed to this Bureau for examination and approval. This dataset compiles statistical data on archival destruction inventories submitted for review by all government agencies across the nation, collected by this Bureau since the 96th year of the Republic of China.
