Anonymized Emergency Department Visit and Transfer Dataset

# DescriptionThis dataset contains fully anonymized emergency department (ED) visit records used in the analysis of:"Impact of the 2024 Korean medical workforce crisis on transfers in a pediatric emergency center: including comparative analyses with adults" The files include aggregated visit-level data from Bundang CHA Medical Center before and after the 2024 national medical workforce disruption. All direct identifiers have been removed, and no information exists that can re-identify individuals. The dataset is intended to support reproducibility of the statistical analyses reported in the manuscript, including:- Interrupted time series (ITS)- Logistic regression analyses- Sensitivity analyses
