Data for Modelling transcriptional silencing and its coupling to 3D genome organisation

LAMMPS scripts (.lam files) and LAMMPS fix (.h and .cpp files) to reproduce the resutls presented in "Modelling transcriptional silencing and its coupling to 3D genome organisation". Once the .h and .cpp files have been copied to the LAMMPS src folder, LAMMPS must be recompiled.
