资源简介:
This study investigates the effects of hepatocyte specific fgf5 overexpression on acetaminophen (APAP)-induced liver injury in mice using RNA sequencing technology. Mice were intravenously injected with either AAV-TBG-GFP or AAV-TBG-FGF5, followed by an intraperitoneal injection of APAP after three weeks. Liver tissues were collected 48 hours post-APAP administration to investigate molecular changes and gene expression profiles associated with liver injury and potential protective effects conferred by FGF5. The aim of this project is to unravel the role of hepatocyte fgf5 in attenuating oxidative stress and hepatocellular damage caused by excessive APAP intake. The study could provide insights into novel therapeutic strategies for drug-induced liver injury. RNA-seq data generated from this study may serve as a valuable resource for identifying differential gene expression patterns pertinent to liver pathophysiology and therapeutic intervention.
