碟管式反渗透膜组件

碟管式反渗透膜（DTRO）组件采用开放式流道、带凸点导流盘和特殊流体设计，料液有效流道宽、湍流度极高、自清洗功能强、透过速率高，最大程度上减少了膜表面结垢、污染及浓差极化现象的产生，适用于处理高浑浊度和高含沙系数的废水。本数据集包括2016.07-2021.06期间完成的：实验数据1份、新产品1项、发表科技论文8篇、申请发明专利10项、行业标准2项。本数据集为高污染废水治理膜材料制造和应用提供技术参考。

Disc Tube Reverse Osmosis (DTRO) modules feature open flow channels, convex-point flow-guiding discs and specialized fluid dynamics design. The feed liquid boasts wide effective flow channels, extremely high turbulence, excellent self-cleaning performance and high permeation flux, which effectively minimizes membrane surface scaling, fouling and concentration polarization. Such modules are suitable for treating wastewater with high turbidity and high sediment loading.
This dataset covers work completed between July 2016 and June 2021, including 1 set of experimental data, 1 newly developed product, 8 published scientific papers, 10 pending invention patent applications, and 2 industry standards.
This dataset provides technical references for the manufacturing and application of membrane materials for highly polluted wastewater treatment.
