Complex breeding phenological shifts of Neotropical birds across space and time

This repository contains the raw data, R script, and full model outputs supporting the manuscript "Complex breeding phenological shifts of Neotropical birds across space and time." It includes the raw clutch-record dataset (Raw data.csv) and a derived summary of clutches per year and species (Clutches by Year and Species.csv), the complete analysis script (Complex breeding phenological shifts of Neotropical birds across space and time.R) and the JAGS model specification (modelo_gaussian.txt). For each of the four focal species (Pitangus sulphuratus, Zonotrichia capensis, Tyrannus savana, Troglodytes aedon), the repository provides correlation matrices (cor_*.csv), univariate linear model results (resultados_final_*.csv), Bayesian model posterior summaries and convergence diagnostics (summary_*_gaussian.csv, diagnosticos_*.csv), MCMC traceplots (traceplot_*.png), posterior predictive checks (ppcheck_*.png), and predicted breeding phenology surfaces across year and latitude (phenology_*.png). A supplementary Word document with additional tables and figures is also included (Supplementar - Complex breeding phenological shifts of Neotropical birds across space and time.docx). Together, these files allow full reproduction of the analyses and results reported in the manuscript.
