Diel Eukaryotic Metatranscriptomes from the North Pacific Ocean (SCOPE-G3-diel)

Poly-A selected metatranscriptome samples from the SCOPE-Gradients 3 expedition (km1906) of April 2019. Triplicate samples of ~8-10 liters seawater were collected approximately every four hours over 72 hours in the North Pacific from April 16 to April 18 (2019) at ~41.5 N -158 W. Samples were pre-filtered through a 100 micron mesh and collected onto 0.2 micron polycarbonate filters from the surface mixed layer (~15m depth).
