资源简介:
Pacific oyster (Crassostrea gigas) is an economically important species of a marine bivalve worldwide. Vibrio parahaemolyticus has been reported as one of the bacterial pathogens causes of economic losses in the seasonal mortality and seafood contaminate in raw oyster products which leads to foodborne disease in humans. Currently, the information about the relationship in host-pathogen interaction in immune-related genes associated with V. parahaemolyticus infection in C. gigas still has been poor understanding. Hence, the aim of this study was investigating the differential expression of immune-relate genes associated with V. parahaemolyticus infection in the host transcriptional level.
