This paper focus on the main process of ITER PF6 DPs stacking. During stacking, the DP being stacked was firstly been placed in position by means of vacuum pads lifting system, laser tracker and stacking guiding tooling. To eliminate the thermal stress, the DP being stacked was then lifted up to 80-90% of its weight to allow free rotating and moving while inter-pancake joints copper sole soldering. At the end, the DP being stacked was released, followed by welding of lateral plates and wedges. The DPs stacking has been finished with an overall concentricity of less than 1mm and toroidal positioning of less than 5mm for each DP, which well met the technical requirements.

本文聚焦于ITER PF6 DPs堆叠的主要过程。在堆叠过程中,待堆叠的DP首先通过真空垫提升系统、激光跟踪仪和堆叠引导工具定位至指定位置。为消除热应力,待堆叠的DP随后提升至其重量的80-90%,以允许在层间铜焊时自由旋转和移动。最终,待堆叠的DP被释放,随后进行侧板和楔块的焊接。DP的堆叠完成后,实现了每个DP的同心度小于1mm和环向定位小于5mm的整体要求,完全满足了技术规范。
