Y-STR data, Y-SNP data and geographic location of brown bears in Northern Europe

This data file contains sample names (indicating the sampling location used to group samples for the analyses) and the respective Y-STR and Y-SNP haplotypic profile for each individual as well as the assigned Y chromosomal haplotype. In addition, each sample is given the samling country and the sampling coordinates in decimal format.本数据文件包含样本名称（用于指示为开展分析而对样本进行分组所依据的采样地点）、每个个体对应的Y染色体短串联重复序列（Y-STR）与Y染色体单核苷酸多态性（Y-SNP）单倍型分型结果，以及已分配的Y染色体单倍型。此外，每个样本还附带了采样国家信息与十进制格式的采样坐标。
