In these communities, the expected concentrations
of 16S rRNA gene were 106 copies/μL equally, while the expected concentrations
of ITS were 106, 105, 104, 103, 102
and 10 copies/μL respectively. For SYBR Green qPCR, two primer pairs, 515F-806R and 355F-806R, were implemented.
