This dataset conducts testing on the moisture content of ordinary plywood, providing references for enterprise production, a basis for guaranteeing the excellent quality of flooring products, and a reference for consumers when making purchasing decisions.
1. Product Testing: Conduct sampling inspection on all-birch plywood. Randomly collect samples of approximately 30.7g, weigh and record their weights, then perform drying treatment in an environment with a temperature range of 101–105°C, and weigh and record the weights of the dried samples.
2. Data Processing: Moisture content = (weight of the original sampled specimen - weight of the dried specimen) × 100 / weight of the dried specimen.
3. Judging Criterion: According to the Chinese national standard GB/T 9846-2015 Ordinary Plywood, a specimen is deemed qualified if its moisture content is greater than or equal to 5% and less than or equal to 14%; otherwise, it is considered unqualified.
4. The inspection and testing of the moisture content of ordinary plywood provides effective references for enterprises to implement standardized production.
