U.S. State Syphilis and Chlamydia Panel, 2000-2024 (v1.0.0)

Reported cases of chlamydia and syphilis (primary and secondary, early non-primary non-secondary, unknown duration or late, congenital) for the 50 U.S. states and DC, 2000-2023, and the nation, 2000-2024 (2024 provisional), by sex and age group, from CDC NCHHSTP AtlasPlus, joined to U.S. Census Bureau population estimates for consistent rates. Includes codebook, provenance log (source URLs, access dates, file versions, row counts, SHA-256, terms of use) and QA report. State-level 2024 data will be added in v1.1 once CDC releases them.
