Optimizing Total RNA Extraction Method for Animal Tissues

The improved RNA extraction reagent and method (GITC-T) was constructed by using the traditional Trizol method as control and adding additives based on the Trizol reagent. The RNA samples of U87 cells, blood cells, and Hela cells were extracted and subjected to whole transcriptome sequencing (U87) and transcriptome sequencing (blood and Hela) to compare the advantages and advantages of the two RNA extraction methods.
