安徽省1：400万县级行政区划数据集（1992年）包括安徽省1992年县级行政区划数据和县级行政驻地点数据。县级行政区划数据包括了县级行政单元的名称、拼音、行政区划代码、变迁情况等信息；驻地点数据包括县级行政单元驻地的位置信息，驻地的级别、变迁情况等信息。
The 1:4,000,000-scale county-level administrative division dataset of Anhui Province (1992) encompasses two components: the 1992 county-level administrative division data of Anhui Province, and the county-level administrative seat location dataset. The county-level administrative division data includes details such as the name, pinyin, administrative division code, and historical changes of each county-level administrative unit. The administrative seat location data covers the spatial location of the resident seats of county-level administrative units, as well as the level of the administrative seat, historical changes, and other relevant information.
