The Islands of the Four Mountains is an archipelago in southwestern Alaska, part of the Aleutian Islands. It borders the Fox Islands to the east and the Andreanof Islands to the west, lying between the Pacific Ocean and the Bering Sea, with geographic coordinates ranging from 169°39′39.9″W to 171°18′56.07″W in longitude and 52°26′40.38″N to 53°5′0.62″N in latitude. The archipelago has 8 main islands, listed west to east as Amukta Island, Chagulak Island, Yunaska Island, Herbert Island, Carlisle Island, Chuginadak Island, Uliaga Island, and Kagamil Island. Yunaska Island is the largest with an area of 172.19 km², Chagulak Island is the smallest covering 8.6 km², and Chuginadak Island has the longest coastline at 98.95 km. The total area of the Islands of the Four Mountains is 548.92 km², with an overall coastline length of 349.78 km.
