资源简介:
Pacific oysters (Magallana gigas) are highly susceptible to temperature fluctuations, which can influence their response to Pacific Oyster Mortality Syndrome (POMS). In this study, two families (F11N and F14R) of 3-month-old disease-susceptible from biparental oysters were subjected to non-permissive conditions (30C, fed ad libitum). This acclimatation lasted 16 days before infection via cohabitation for 72 hours, with sampling at 0h, 3h, 6h, 12h, 24h, 48h, and 72h, Each sample is a pool of 10 oysters, with three replicates. RNA-Seq was performed using an Illumina NextSeq 550 platform to investigate temperature-induced transcriptional changes. The resulting dataset provides insights into the molecular response of oysters to high-temperature stress during POMS infection.
