We sequenced the mRNA of Arabidopsis mutants and transgenic plants with modified RTL genes Overall design: Whole plants were grown in vitro, harvested 11 days after germination and grinded to extract total RNA with phenol/chloroform and ethanol precipitated. RNA samples were sent to GATC Biotech for size-selection, cloning and sequencing on HiSeq2000 platform.
