WFS INSPIRE BPL Construction lines on the roads to Hemmingen and Ditzingen

WFS service of the urban development plan “Building lines on the roads to Hemmingen and Ditzingen” of the city of Ditzingen, which was transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.迪茨根市城市发展规划《通往埃明根（Hemmingen）与迪茨根（Ditzingen）的道路建筑控制线》对应的Web要素服务（Web Feature Service, WFS），该服务以5.0版本的XPlanung数据集为基础，并按照欧洲空间信息基础设施指令（Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community, INSPIRE）规范完成转换。
