A total of 29 sets of test data for metal materials of drilling tools were acquired through indoor experiments conducted in Qianjiang and Wuhan, Hubei Province from 2017 to 2018. The test items include chemical composition analysis, tensile tests, impact tests, transverse rupture strength measurements, thermal expansion coefficient tests and wear resistance tests for steel, welding materials and matrix materials. After being stored at -50℃ for low-temperature preservation, the specimens were retrieved for mechanical property tests, impact energy tests and wear tests.
