Model-fitting for anemia, malaria and urinary schistosomiasis, and geohelminths controlling for random-effects at the hamlet level.

Anemia model included 1913 children >2 years of age, malaria model included 2309 children and 878 mothers, urinary schistosomiasis model included 2094 children and 894 mothers, and model for geohelminth infections included 2085 children.*Note that none of the variables tested for mothers was significantly associated with anemia or with geohelminth infection.
