Map visualisation service (WMS) of the dataset: Informational perimeters of ORLU’s local urban plan

The informational perimeters of the local urban planning plan (PLU) are digitised in accordance with the national requirements of the CNIG. They represent the spatial information added either for regulatory reasons or for information purposes: — the details which are to be annexed to the planning documents in accordance with Articles R123-13 and R123-14 of the Urban Planning Code; — surface information carried over on graphical documents for information purposes. In this dataset are the surface information of TYPE 04 (Urban Preemption Right Perimeters) and 05 (Deferred Development Areas) if they appear on the graphical documents of the PLU.本地城市规划方案（Local Urban Planning Plan，PLU）的信息性边界范围已依据国家地理信息委员会（CNIG）的国家级规范完成数字化处理。此类范围涵盖为合规管理或信息公示需求新增的空间信息，具体包括：—— 依据《城市规划法典》第R123-13条与第R123-14条规定，需附随于规划文件的详细内容；—— 为信息公示目的，从图示文档中转录的面状空间信息。本数据集收录出现在PLU图示文档中的04型（城市优先购买权边界，Urban Preemption Right Perimeters）与05型（延迟开发区，Deferred Development Areas）面状空间信息。
