Register of natural and legal persons

The register of natural and legal persons is a public register of natural and legal persons engaged in the activity of transporting movable cultural goods and other cultural objects having artistic, historical, archaeological and other meaning, and the manner and content of the procurement and sale records and other legal transactions relating to the said cultural goods and cultural objects, which are kept by the Ministry of Culture and the Media (Article 101(5)). The Law on the Protection and Conservation of Cultural Property NN 69/99, NN 151/03; NN 157/03 Corrigendum, NN 87/09, NN 88/10, NN 61/11, NN 25/12, NN 136/12, 157/13 and 152/14).自然人与法人登记簿系由文化和媒体部依据第101条第5款保管的公共登记簿，其登记范畴涵盖两类对象：一是从事可移动文化商品及其他具有艺术、历史、考古等价值文化物品运输活动的自然人和法人；二是与前述文化商品、文化物品相关的购销记录及其他法律交易的形式与内容。本登记簿的设立依据为《文化财产保护与养护法》（编号NN 69/99、NN 151/03、NN 157/03勘误本、NN 87/09、NN 88/10、NN 61/11、NN 25/12、NN 136/12、157/13及152/14）。
