1、集约经营雷竹林土壤质量和竹笋品质分析。分析了集约经营雷竹林土壤养分含量、土壤酶活性、土壤重金属全量及有效态含量、土壤微生物量碳、微生物多样性 分析了雷竹笋硝酸盐和重金属含量,对雷竹笋污染现状作出客观评价。 2、集约经营雷竹林土壤质量演变特征。研究了雷竹林栽培过程中土壤养分含量变化趋势 土壤酶活性的变化规律 土壤重金属全量的积累特点 土壤微生物量与微生物多样性的演变机理。通过研究,总结出了雷竹林集约经营过程中土壤质量的演变特征。 3、雷竹林土壤质量和竹笋品质控制技术研究与开发。通过定位试验,研究了不同覆盖材料覆盖过程中土壤养分与酶活性的变化规律 不同施肥对土壤养分含量、土壤重金属含量、土壤活性碳含量、土壤微生物多样性和竹笋重金属及硝酸盐含量的影响结果。通过盆栽试验,研究了不同绿肥品种及混播对土壤微生物量,特别是土壤微生物多样性的恢复机制。开发出了包括覆盖材料合理选择,有机肥化肥混合施用的控制数量,绿肥混播等有效控制雷竹土壤质量及竹笋品质下降的技术。
1. Analysis on Soil Quality and Shoot Quality of Intensively Managed Phyllostachys praecox Stands. Analyzed soil nutrient content, soil enzyme activity, total and available concentrations of soil heavy metals, soil microbial biomass carbon, and microbial diversity in intensively managed Phyllostachys praecox stands; also determined the nitrate and heavy metal contents of Phyllostachys praecox shoots, and conducted an objective assessment of the current pollution status of the shoots.
2. Evolutionary Characteristics of Soil Quality in Intensively Managed Phyllostachys praecox Stands. Investigated the changing trends of soil nutrient content, variation rules of soil enzyme activity, accumulation characteristics of total soil heavy metals, and evolutionary mechanisms of soil microbial biomass and microbial diversity during the cultivation of Phyllostachys praecox stands, and summarized the evolutionary characteristics of soil quality during the intensive management of Phyllostachys praecox stands based on the research.
3. Research and Development of Control Technologies for Soil Quality and Shoot Quality of Phyllostachys praecox Stands. Through long-term located experiments, studied the variation rules of soil nutrients and enzyme activities during mulching with different mulching materials, as well as the effects of different fertilization regimes on soil nutrient content, soil heavy metal content, soil labile carbon content, soil microbial diversity, and the heavy metal and nitrate contents of the shoots. Through pot experiments, explored the restoration mechanisms of soil microbial biomass, especially soil microbial diversity, affected by different green manure varieties and their mixed sowing. Developed effective technologies to control the decline of soil quality and shoot quality of Phyllostachys praecox, including rational selection of mulching materials, controlled application rates of mixed organic and chemical fertilizers, and mixed sowing of green manures.
