Pyrosequencing data for epigenetic age estimation

The initial data used for the analysis <b>"Evaluation of epigenetic age based on DNA methylation analysis of several CpG sites in Ukrainian population"</b> are presented here. <br><b>"Pyrosequencing data summary.xlsx"</b> is a document, which contains the summarized data used in the article. In the "Data_final" sheet CpG values taken for the analysis can be found. The "Raw_data_location" sheet contains the name (presented as a number) of the corresponding ".pyrorun" file (can be found in the <b>"Pyrosequencing_files.zip"</b>) and CpG report file for each of the samples taken for the study (can be found in the <b>"Reports.zip"</b>). Only samples, that were used for the study are included in the report files.<br>
