Preclinical MRI Data

This Dataset contains rat brain images used in "Longitudinal neuromelanin changes in prodromal and early Parkinson’s disease in humans and rat model" (DOI : https://doi.org/10.1101/2024.10.22.619619).

For each rat in the study, numeroted 1 to 40, images in native space are presented per timepoint. Segmentation of the substantia nigra was registered from the Multicontrast template (MM_template folder) to 1mpi of each rat. Registrations from MM_template to subject space and from every timepoint to 1mpi are presented.
