Internet Shopping Data 2013 [Canada]

This study was conducted to test the degree of e-businesses' compliance with internet-specific consumer protection legislation and to identify the factors that might make businesses more or less likely to comply with consumer protection legislation. The data gathered make it possible to assess the limits of current legislation and to offer some recommendations to improve e-businesses and online consumers' experience.
