Data for the manuscript entitled "Design of an equilibrative nucleoside transporter subtype 1 inhibitor for pain relief". In summary, we conducted chemical synthesis, protein 3D structure determination, in vitro radioactive binding and uptake experiments, imaging, electrophysiological studies, as well as animal behavioral and pharmacokinetic studies. We provide the data that were used in this manuscript.
