This project introduces a novel drug delivery system, Rg3-lipo, which leverages glycosyl-enriched ginsenoside (Rg3). Rg3-lipo enhances membrane stability and prolongs circulation half-life, significantly improving drug delivery efficiency. Pharmaceutical agents within Rg3-lipo demonstrate favorable safety profiles in diverse animal models and effectively inhibit tumorigenesis. To further understand the immunomodulatory mechanisms of Rg3-lipo on myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs), transcriptional analysis was conducted on MDSCs exposed to PTX-Rg3-lipo, revealing its intricate mechanism of action.
