Dark field recording of 200nm polystyrene (Kisker Biotech PPs-02) particles which were diluted in essentially particle-free double distilled H2O. The temperature was 25 °C. The concentration was amounted to approximately 3x10^9 ml. The video file was captured with a PCO Edge CCD camera at 30 FPS mounted on a Olympus BX51 microscope (100-fold oil immersion objective) which was illuminated with a CytoViva dark field oil condenser. The pixel size of the video is 63nm. Please note that the video is splitted into mutiple archives.
