Additional file 1. Prey proteins identified by LC-MS/MS. Prey proteins were screened by Pulldown and analyzed by LC-MS/MS by BGI (Shenzhen, China). Enriched proteins not found in the biotin control were screened and considered as specific prey proteins for biotinylated Hcp2a.
