These datasets contain citation data for 1,545 Norwegian government advisory commission reports (Norges offentlige utredninger – NOUs) published between 1972 and 2017. They include 2,874 directed citation links, where each node represents a report and each edge represents a citation from one report to another. In addition, the datasets include derived outputs such as various centrality measures. They enable the construction of a longitudinal citation network to study how advisory knowledge circulates within the Norwegian policymaking system.
