We treated differentiated iPSC-derived cardiomyocytes with a small molecule FOXO activator to to evaluate potential genes that might facilitate cardiomyocyte maturation. Overall design: iPSC-derived cardiomyocytes were treated with the FOXO activator, LOM612 (5 µM) or DMSO (control) for 48 hours prior to sample harvest.
