资源简介:
The goals of this study were to determine the impact of segmented filamentous bacteria on oral immunity to the commensal fungus Candida albicans in a mouse model of oropharyngeal candidiasis (OPC). SFB is a constituent of the mouse intestinal microbiome, but can exert extra-intestinal impacts on 'Type 17' cell immunity. Gnotobiotic C57BL/6 mice were gavaged with SFB and after 14 days infected orally with C. albicans (strain CAF2-1). Two days later, whole RNA from tongue was isolated and subjected to RNASeq.
