Publicly accessible road parking OGD

Short description:
The dataset includes the publicly accessible street parking spaces in the area of the city of Zurich. In addition to the location of parking spaces, other attributes are available (maximum parking time, parking type, fee obligation). The data is collected manually every two years through inspections and the data set is tracked at the end of each year (2017, 2019, 2021...). The data published here shows the current state of data at the end of 2021. Publicly accessible parking spaces in car parks are offered in a separate data set as OpenData.

Please note:
— The data does not show the current parking offer.
— The temporary disappearance of parking spaces due to construction sites or similar is not taken into account.
— For parking strips, i.e. longitudinally marked parking spaces without individual marked parking spaces (concerning blue zone and white marked parking spaces), the effective occupancy is estimated as realistically as possible.
— The data do not contain any information as to whether a parking space is free or occupied.
— There is no guarantee that the listed parking spaces will be usable and accessible at any time.
