DSI – General Plans of Instruction – Expropriation Plan, contour

This dataset contains the digital vector version of all contours of expropriation plans associated with general construction plans. Each plan is defined by its contour. This contour concerns the geometric envelope of all containing layers of the plan. Conceptually, it has been decided to draw a buffer around any line elements that do not occur within a base to allow them to be included within the envelope contour. The plan contour layer shall include the administrative data of the plan in the attributes.本数据集收录了与通用工程建设方案相关的全部征收规划轮廓的数字化矢量版本。每项规划均以其轮廓进行定义，该轮廓对应规划所有包含图层的几何包络范围。从概念层面而言，针对未处于基准图层内的所有线要素，需为其构建缓冲区，以确保这些要素可被纳入包络轮廓范围。规划轮廓图层的属性字段应包含该规划的行政相关数据。
