本数据集面向矿物加工流程大数据关键技术应用研究,将本项目研究的磨矿优化控制和浮选优化控制技术推广到紫金矿业穆索诺伊选矿厂,并做进一步研究,数据为收集的现场化验数据。本数据集包含2个数据文件,“1、磨矿优化控制系统应用前后的磨矿粒度分布对比数据”,内容为磨矿优化控制系统应用前后的磨矿粒度分布对比数据,格式为.xlsx,约18KB,可支撑本项目所研技术提高磨矿生产质量;“2、浮选优化控制系统应用前后的精矿品位对比数据”,内容为浮选优化控制系统应用前后的精矿品位对比数据,格式为.xlsx,约16KB,可支撑本项目所研技术提高浮选生产质量。数据集数据容量约33KB。对应任务书中《项目合作目标、成果与考核指标表》中的8.1。
This dataset is targeted at applied research on key big data technologies for mineral processing flowsheets. The grinding optimization control and flotation optimization control technologies developed in this project were promoted to Zijin Mining's Mussonoi Concentrator for further validation and research, with data sourced from on-site assay results. It contains two data files: 1. "Comparison Data of Grinding Particle Size Distribution Before and After Deployment of Grinding Optimization Control System": this file provides comparative data of grinding particle size distribution before and after the implementation of the grinding optimization control system, in .xlsx format, with a size of ~18 KB, and supports the improvement of grinding production quality via the project-developed technologies; 2. "Comparison Data of Concentrate Grade Before and After Deployment of Flotation Optimization Control System": this file provides comparative data of concentrate grade before and after the implementation of the flotation optimization control system, in .xlsx format, with a size of ~16 KB, and supports the improvement of flotation production quality via the project-developed technologies. The total data capacity of this dataset is approximately 33 KB, and it corresponds to Item 8.1 in the *Project Cooperation Objectives, Achievements and Assessment Indicators Table* of the corresponding task documentation.
